This limited edition bottle is crafted by farmer Roberto Lucas using a blend of Maguey Barril, Maguey Madrecuixe, and Maguey Tobaxiche. All three varieties belong to the endemic species Agave karwinskii, native to Oaxaca. With a production of just 80 liters in 2023, this small batch mezcal is a rare find from the skilled maestro Don Roberto. As a traditional farmer, he selectively harvests only fully mature agaves and uses production techniques preserved by the community, for this distinctive expression. 80 liters batch made in February 2023.
