Created in a small batch of only 58 liters, this Espadin is double distilled and infused with a blend of cinnamon and chilacayota (a local gourd traditionally eaten in sweet preparations, known as Figleaf Gourd in English) puree during the 3rd distillation. This unique method of aroma infusion results in a subtle and sophisticated flavor profile, with hints of shiitake mushroom, dried cinnamon, and herbal notes. This limited edition Mezcal is a must-try for any discerning spirit connoisseur.

• Roasted in a truncated conical earthen oven pit

• Fermented in open air sabino wood tanks with natural yeast 
• Triple-distilled in Filipino style copper pot still 
• 49% ABV
