Introducing MEZCALOSFERA's newest addition: the mezcales from Job Cortés, a 38-year-old expert mezcal maker. Cortés specializes in infused agave spirits, using local Oaxacan ingredients. This particular bottle features a triple distillation of 100 liters of maguey Espadín (Agave angustifolia), carefully infused with cacao, coffee, and cinnamon. Unlike typical "flavored" spirits, this unique blend incorporates all three ingredients during the delicate third distillation, resulting in a remarkably fragrant and precisely balanced spirit. It is the perfect choice for the winter season.

• Mengoli de Morelos, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, México
• 1500 meters above sea level
• Roasted in a truncated conical earthen oven pit
• Smashed with stone wheel 
• Fermented in open air sabino wood tanks with natural yeast 
• Triple-distilled in Filipino style copper pot still 
• 47% ABV
• 100 liters produced in March 2024
