This mezcal features a distinctive recipe from Job Cortés, renowned for his hands-on approach to sourcing the finest agave for his pours. In a nod to the traditional Pechuga process, he employs a third round of distillation, experimenting with unique flavor profiles by infusing mango and habanero. The resulting product is crafted from agave roasted with a blend of mezquite and encino wood, fermented for a full week, and finally distilled in a cobber still. Limited to just 83 litres, this batch was produced in July of 2023.
