This bottle was made by Maestro Mezcalero Isidro García hwo was taught the craft of making mezcal by his father, Juan García. Isidro likes working with only wild agaves like this Tobalá, Mexicano, Tobaxiche, Verde, Arroqueño, Espadín, Madrecuixe and Tepextate. Most of the agaves that Isidro and his father use to make mezcal are from their own land. The area where the palenque (distillery) is located is famous for one distillation with refrescadera (condenser). This 400 litres batch was made in 2022
