Mezcalosfera | Espadín distilled with Tejate | 200ml

This mezcal includes maguey Espadín (agave Angustifolia) and Tejate - tlaciahual, which is made of corn boiled in water (similar to cornmeal) a very traditional and refreshing drink from Oaxaca.

Distilled by third-generation mezcal master Job Cortés, who learned from his father, this batch was limited to only 80 liters. The agaves used for this mezcal come from the family's land in the Miahuatlán.

• Roasted in a truncated conical earthen oven pit
• Smashed with stone wheel 
• Fermented in open air sabino wood tanks with natural yeast 
• Triple-distilled in Filipino style copper pot still 
• 48% ABV
• 80 liters produced in September 2023
