Distilled in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca at the Angeles family distillery, this special edition Pechuga is crafted using their traditional family recipe in a 93 liter batch. The first two distillations took place from April to June 2023, followed by a third distillation in October 2023 after a period of rest.
The label on the bottle depicts the varying shapes of the agaves utilized. This marks the debut of the family crafting a pechuga with agave species other than Espadín.
